This section explains the typical process of booking our services for your trip. We regularly receive special requests from our clients, so please contact us with any specific inquiries. We can provide a customized estimate based on your particular needs, free of charge.

1 Requesting a Quote

2 Response Time

Upon receipt of your quote request, Grandlive representatives will respond within 24 hours.

 

3 Securing your Reservation

All  requests received by GRANDLIVE will be confirmed by email. 

 

4 Payment

Half or Full payment is settled by credit card at least 1 week ( 7 days ) in advance.
*We will send you a Confirmation/Invoice Email with a Secure payment Link via Square System. 
In case of half payment
Then, please pay the remaining amount in cash or by credit card on the day of pickup.

5 Your Trip

On the day of your planned trip, an assigned Grandlive employee will welcome and greet you at your prearranged location. Please have a pleasant trip!

[Description of the Price]

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • The price is arrival and departure in Tokyo's 23 wards.

  • Service is the pack pricing.
    ([car] +[driver]+ [fuel cost] + [toll] + [parking fee])

  • For a trip in advance it is not known it may result in additional charges.

  • Please let me know if the destination is decided in advance.
    If not, problems can occur.
    (Depending on the location, cars cannot pass / time is scarce, etc.)

  • Passengers' personal expenses such as meals, drink,admission etc are not included.

  • If the time is exceeded, an additional charge of 30 minutes will be charged.
    However, we do not charge for excess time due to traffic congestion and accidents, Flight delays.

  • service is provided from 8: 00AM to 20: 00PM.
    If you wish to provide outside the time, I will consult separately.

  • Since the pack is fee-based, even if you use the start and end time at the convenience of the customer is less than the pack time Since you will be charged the regular fee, please note.
     

[Method of payment]

[Cancel Policy]

Cancel reservation:

  • 7 days before the service: Free of Charge

  • From 1 day to 6 days before the service: 50 Percent of total price

  • On the day of the service and after: 100 Percent of total price

 

fee is not payable until the operation start one week before. Case without payment, we will consider it as cancellation.
